Private Client Services is a new service I provide that gives you your own private access to all the information on the MLS. Once you sign up and give me your search parameters you will receive an E-mail with your login code to your own web page. On it will be all the current listings that match your search parameters including:
- Property Address
- Taxes
- Room Sizes
- Lot Size
- Days on Market
- All the pictures on the MLS
- and much, much more.
After reviewing the current listings the system will send you an E-mail the every time a new listing that matches your search parameters comes on the MLS. This means you will find out about new listings The Day They Come On The Market!
To sign up simply fill out the form below. Be careful of what you input as the system will only let you know about listings within your parameters. For example - if you put in a price range of between $180,000 and $190,000 you will not be notified if a new listing comes out that is $191,000.
