  • Your property will be placed on Internet at www.mls.ca , www.Coldwellbanker.ca and on my web site at www.ComoxValleyRealEstate.com, which shows up on the first page of all the major search engines. This combination of sites markets your home to literally millions of people worldwide, 24 hours a day and with the amount of people moving to the island from elsewhere I feel this is a very important step in gaining exposure for your home

  • I take Multiple Digital Photos and Virtual Tours of every room in your home so it is available to a buyer's inspection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Internet. This allows people to preview your home without every having to bother you.

  • I hand deliver unique flyers alerting over 100 Realtors at all the major offices that your home is newly available

  • I hold a Realtor's Open House for every Realtor in town for maximum first-time exposure as a new listing

  • When you list your property with me I will advertise it in every issue of "Comox Valley Homes", a real estate publication that comes out every Friday with the Comox Valley newspaper, until it is SOLD!
