This combination of sites markets your home to literally millions of people worldwide, 24 hours a day and with the amount of people moving to the island from elsewhere I feel this is a very important step in gaining exposure for your home
  
  
• I take Multiple Digital Photos and Virtual Tours of every room in your home so it is available to a buyer's inspection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Internet. This allows people to preview your home without every having to bother you.
  
  
• I hand deliver unique flyers alerting over 100 Realtors at all the major offices that your home is newly available
  
  
• I hold a Realtor's Open House for every Realtor in town for maximum first-time exposure as a new listing
